Pranic Surge
Full-body activating breaths to build energy and aliveness
Advanced practice for experienced practitioners. Go slowly, stay aware of your body, and leave time to ground afterward.
Source current
Rounds of rapid, full breathing wake energy through the whole body, followed by shaking to help the charge move through the tissues and land. A strong activation practice drawing on Kundalini and energy-body traditions. The shaking is deliberate and therapeutic — it helps the body process what the breath activates.
The science behind it
These practices are stimulating; they suit activation goals more than down-regulation. Titration and rest between rounds help the nervous system integrate.
